Shipping & Returns


We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be delivered in 1-2 working days (within Auckland) or 2-3 days (Within New Zealand, outside of Auckland). All deliveries will be made during business hours 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. If for any reason there is going to be a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All shipping will have tracking details. We will email you your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept the return of the item within 14 days of purchase. We will provide you with either an exchange of equal value or a store credit. All return items must be in their original condition and packaging. Sale items cannot be returned.

Faulty Items

If you think an item you have received is faulty, we will happily assess the item and if appropriate, provide a replacement, credit or refund.
